2. The World-Class School Leader Programme
Eleven weeks. One 90-minute live session each week. Every week you produce one real document for your school — a cash flow calendar, a hiring process, an advisory group, a written policy, a parent skills register, a succession folder. Eleven weeks, eleven finished artefacts, and a school measurably different from the one you started with. Then you take the Health Check again and see exactly what changed.
Includes all eleven sessions and recordings, the book, the Reflect and Apply workbook, a Health Check re-score at six months, the Certificate in World-Class School Leadership, and membership of the alumni network. 4. School Setup and Growth Consultancy
Four stages: a free 30-minute discovery call; a paid Feasibility and Diagnostic report with a three-year enrolment and cash projection; a School Blueprint covering vision, governance, staffing, fees, and compliance; and ongoing monthly advisory support.
