Rate Card for Associations, Dioceses, and School Groups
Eleven weeks. One 90-minute session a week. Every week each participant produces one finished document for their school — a cash flow calendar, a hiring process, an advisory group, a written policy, a parent skills register, a succession folder. Eleven weeks, eleven artefacts, and a school measurably different from the one they started with.

Payment terms

Instalments: a deposit on enrolment, then two further payments at Week 4 and Week 8. There is no surcharge for paying in instalments.

Association bookings may be invoiced to the association, which collects from members in whatever way suits it.

A place is confirmed on receipt of the deposit; materials are dispatched four weeks before the cohort begins.

Two sponsored places are available per cohort for rural and low-fee school leaders, allocated on the basis of their Health Check results.

Related services
Facilitator licensing
Associations, dioceses, and school groups may be licensed to deliver the Programme in their own region under their own banner. Licensed facilitators complete a two-day training course and observe one full cohort. Certificates continue to be issued by NWIEP and every graduate is entered on the central register, which protects the standard for everyone.
