PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 26/08/2026

Who we are. National Work-Integrated Education Partnership ("NWIEP", "we", "us") operates www.nwiep.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what rights you have. The data controller is National Work-Integrated Education Partnership Ltd., registered in England and Wales and in Nigeria, company number: 16911227, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road,Mildenhall, United Kingdom. IP28 7DE.Contact us at Admin@nwiepglobal.com.

What we collect. When you contact us or register for a programme: your name, email address, telephone number, school or organisation, role, and location. When you complete the School Health Check and choose to send us your results: your scores and the details you entered. When you purchase: your billing details, which are processed by our payment providers — we do not store your card number. When you visit the site: basic technical information such as pages viewed.

Why we use it. To answer your enquiry, deliver a programme or product you have bought, send you information you have asked for, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and improve what we offer. Where we rely on your consent — for example to send you news about programmes — you may withdraw it at any time.

The School Health Check. The diagnostic runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are not sent to us and we cannot see them unless you choose to send them to us yourself. If you do send them, we use them to give you feedback on your results and to discuss whether our programmes would help. We may use anonymised, aggregated scores — with nothing identifying you or your school — to understand common patterns across schools.

Who we share it with. Only where necessary: our payment providers, our email and communication providers, our accountants and professional advisers, and anyone we are legally required to tell. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

International transfers. NWIEP operates through entities in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Nigeria, and some information may be handled outside the UK. Where that happens we take steps to ensure it is protected to an equivalent standard.

How long we keep it. Enquiry records for [two] years from your last contact with us. Records of programmes and purchases for [six] years, as our accounting obligations require. You may ask us to delete your information sooner unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights. You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Write to Admin@nwiepglobal.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies. We use essential cookies that are necessary for our website to function. We may also use analytics cookies, with your consent, to help us understand how visitors use our website and to improve its performance and content. Analytics cookies are not activated unless you give consent. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

Changes. If we change this policy we will update the date above.
