TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About us. These terms apply to everything you buy from National Work-Integrated Education Partnership through www.nwiep.com. We are , company number: 16911227, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road,Mildenhall, United Kingdom. IP28 7DE.. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. What we provide. Professional training programmes for school leaders, tickets to our events, consultancy engagements, and published books and workbooks in printed and digital form. Full descriptions and current prices are shown on the relevant page.

3. Orders and payment. Your order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, not when payment is taken. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and Nigerian naira; naira prices are set independently of the exchange rate and are reviewed periodically. Where instalments are offered, a place is confirmed on receipt of the deposit and the remaining payments fall due on the dates stated at enrolment. We may withhold materials or access if an instalment is more than [14] days overdue.

4. Programme delivery. The World-Class School Leader Programme runs for eleven weeks with one live session each week. Sessions are recorded and made available to participants. A place is personal to the named participant and may not be shared or transferred without our written agreement. Where a school purchases a team place, each named participant must be identified before the programme begins.

5. Attendance and certification. The Certificate in World-Class School Leadership is awarded on completion of the stated requirements, which include attending the required proportion of sessions and submitting the required work. We may decline to award a certificate where those requirements have not been met. Certification remains ours to award and we maintain a central register of graduates.

6. Changes to a programme. We may change a session date, a facilitator, or the running order where we reasonably need to, and we will tell you as soon as we can. If we cancel a programme entirely, we will offer you a place on the next cohort or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

7. Books and printed materials. Printed items are dispatched within [10] working days in the United Kingdom and [10–14] working days in Nigeria. Delivery times outside these are estimates and not guaranteed. Digital items are delivered immediately on payment.

8. Intellectual property. All programme materials, workbooks, templates, recordings, and the School Health Check remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them for your own school. You may not copy, resell, publish, or deliver them to others as training without a written licence from us. Recordings are for participants' own use and may not be shared.

9. Conduct. We expect courtesy in sessions and in our participant groups. We may remove anyone whose behaviour is abusive or disruptive, without refund.

10. Our responsibility. We deliver our programmes with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee any particular result for your school, since outcomes depend on what you implement. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

11. Cancellation and refunds. See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales], and the courts of [England and Wales] have jurisdiction. Where you contract with our Nigerian entity, the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria applies.
