REFUND POLICY

We want you to be glad you came. This policy sets out plainly when you can have your money back.
Programmes and courses
Before the programme begins: cancel at any time up to [7] days before the start date and we will refund you in full.
Within 7 days of booking: if you are buying as an individual rather than on behalf of a business, you have a legal right to cancel within 7 days of placing your order. If you ask us to begin delivering the programme within that period and then cancel, we may charge for the part already delivered.
After the programme begins: if you withdraw after the first session but before the third, we will refund [50]% of the fee. After the third session no refund is due, because the materials, the book, and the workbook have been supplied and your place has been held. If you find you cannot continue for a good reason, tell us — we would usually rather move you to a later cohort than refund you, and we will do that once at no charge.
If we cancel: if we cancel a programme we will offer you a place on the next cohort or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we will refund the whole fee including any materials not yet sent.
Instalments: where you are paying in instalments and withdraw, the refund is calculated against the total fee, not against the amount paid so far. Instalments still due may be cancelled.
Printed books and workbooks
Return any unused printed item in a resaleable condition within [14] days of receiving it and we will refund the price. You pay the cost of returning it unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we pay. If an item arrives damaged, send us a photograph within [7] days and we will replace it at no cost.
Digital books, workbooks, and downloads
Because digital items are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, they are not refundable once downloaded. If a file will not open or is faulty, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
Event and summit tickets
Full refund if you cancel more than [21] days before the event. [50]% between [21] and [7] days. No refund within [7] days, but you may send someone else in your place at no charge — just tell us their name beforehand.
Consultancy
Consultancy engagements are governed by the individual agreement signed for that work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, because the time has been reserved.
The School Health Check
Free. Always. There is nothing to refund.
How to ask for a refund
Write to Admin@nwiepglobal.com with your name, what you bought, and the date. We will reply within [5] working days and, where a refund is due, pay it to the original payment method within [14] days. Naira purchases are refunded in naira and sterling purchases in sterling.
If you are unhappy about anything, tell us before you ask for a refund. Most problems are quicker to solve than to argue about.
